By using this guest Wi-Fi service, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Notice below.

1. Service provided

This Wi-Fi service is provided by The 1866 Coffee House for guest convenience on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this Wi-Fi service for any unlawful, harmful, abusive, or disruptive purpose. This includes, without limitation:

• violating any law or regulation;
• transmitting spam, malware, or malicious code;
